Love comes to everyone who believes that it will come.
If you lose hope and belief you lose love's interest.
When it comes you know it.
You gotta get your shit together first.
But sure as night is day,
Love will find a way,
Into your life.
And you will know it.

    i thought i was the only one who truly thought this way.by being in love with yourself(getting your shit together)you will always be ready for love.
    then it's your choice if you want to share your wonderful self with someone.
    isn't it so simple?no anger,resentment,bitterness.we choose to be with the one we love(ourself)and are blissful in individuality.we live with love every moment,in the present.we love others as we would love ourselves.the ones who wish to love you will make it known-and yes,you will know it.

    yeh, might have just got there........ I know it. Also know that the whole thing could evaporate, I think it will be an ongoing process. I just want to be good and hurt no-one and try to love well. I can try.

    is that a poem or is it something else.....guess we'll never know.....maybe it's a few sentences strung together......ah, love, gotta love it.......am I going mental or are people writing things in lines and calling them poetry......hellloooo.......I used to think I was mad.....now I call myself a Texan......good Lord, whatever next? people will be rewriting the magna carta......with a bit a lingo......I'm so disappointed in the poetry thread tonight......and I'm not afraid to say it.......
    ....they're asking me to prove why I should be allowed to stay with my baby in Australia, because I'm mentally ill......and they think I should leave......

    ah well, sorry to disappoint. You're right though it's not a poem. You should never be afraid to say anything as long as you mean it.

    i have always meant everything i said,even if i was afraid.being vulnerable is a curse and a blessing.at least i know i'm true.

    there have been some amazing pieces written here,but like all art,it is subjective.that is,whatever you think of it is your opinion.fair enough.but that's what can fuel some very creative arguments too.

    i can only surmise the level of creativity an artist/writer/musician is satisfied with before the work is deemed a painting/a poem/a recording.sometimes a one-off is it,sometimes it is months or years in the making.
