email confirmation?

Question...

Today is the only day I have gotten tix so far, hartford and mansfield. I haven't gotten any confirmation emails and I was just wondering if I should even expect to get some?

Both shows show up in my profile, but I was wondering if i need confirmation emails or what? Sorry if this has been posted already

    Got my tickets yesterday. They're in my profile, so, I'm sure it's OK. I haven't received an e.mail yet either.

    It usually takes between 20-40 minutes for an e-mail confirmation to pop into your inbox... I think MSG2 took almost an hour to appear... don't worry, as long as your profile reflects the purchase you are good to go!

    Still haven't got my email confirmation for MSG 2, but I do have an Order ID in my profile. Should I be worried? I have emailed the Ten Club to ask (the toll free number won't work in UK) but I guess with all the pre sale carnival I won't get a speedy reply. This is very stressful.

    bought tix for both MSG shows and never received an email for night 2, i emailed 10C and they responded:

    Hi there.

    Please check your profile online to view your ticket order.

    If your ticket order appears in your profile and your credit card has been charged, then the order number is your ticket confirmation. We will send an additional ticket confirmation shortly.

    To view your profile, visit http://www.pearljam.com, click on GOODS, click on LOGIN, enter your user name and password, click on PROFILE.

    i had the same problem. i emailed them and they said that they have problems with comcast addesses, they also offered to change the address on record for me.

    Thank you for this response! I was wondering what was wrong because I haven't gotten any emails -- no ticket confirmations, no reminders to renew my 10C membership, no announcement about this tour. I have a comcast address, so now I know what's going on.

    i haven't gotten a confirmation for hartford, but they're in my profile and my cc has been charged.
    i'm more a fan of popular bands.. like the bee-gees, pearl jam

    Yeah, 6:10pm and no confirm mail yet for Hartford. Got my NYCs a few hours after I got tix.

    haven't gotten my confirmation for hartford either...looks like a lot of people are in the same boat though so i'm not worried :) and they're in my profile so it seems okay.

    Hmm...thats interesting. I never got a confirmation email for either of the shows I'm going to, and I have a comcast address. I've been through this before so I never worried, but I wonder what the issue with comcast is. I'll have to change my email to my gmail address.

    I bought tickets for the D.C. show on Tuesday and never received an email confirmation. I did receive an email letting me know they received my order. I'm not worried though since it's in my profile and my cc was charged.
