Words never listen

There’s no way to go
Looking just at walls
Littered with eyes
When it’s my turn
Where can I turn to
There’s nothing but death
Inside these walls of heads
Don’t look back
There’s cruelty behind you
The bottomless pit of time
Engulfs everyone at the wayside
Lonely cries perish
Pain is closing in
Until death’s fallin’ on our shoulders
What number am I?
There’ s an angel
But whose angel is it?
If there’s hope left
It’d be the one that dashes it
Shots are echoing
The scattered ones disappear
When will these dreams vanish
I am not that brave
I am not free
They’re getting closer
I try to hide
And feel a dash of fear
My soul drifts away
But my pride’s holding me
I take a step towards them
Freedom’s in sight
I’ve not to be ashamed
Of what I’m born to be
It’s even worth dying
At least I was free
Dark shadows are moving across
The sun dies at last
I left a cruel world behind me
A world that belongs the past
There’s no way to go
Looking just at walls
Littered with eyes
When it’s my turn
Where can I turn to
There’s nothing but death
Inside these walls of heads
Don’t look back
There’s cruelty behind you
The bottomless pit of time
Engulfs everyone at the wayside
Lonely cries perish
Pain is closing in
Until death’s fallin’ on our shoulders
What number am I?
There’ s an angel
But whose angel is it?
If there’s hope left
It’d be the one that dashes it
Shots are echoing
The scattered ones disappear
When will these dreams vanish
I am not that brave
I am not free
They’re getting closer
I try to hide
And feel a dash of fear
My soul drifts away
But my pride’s holding me
I take a step towards them
Freedom’s in sight
I’ve not to be ashamed
Of what I’m born to be
It’s even worth dying
At least I was free
Dark shadows are moving across
The sun dies at last
I left a cruel world behind me
A world that belongs the past
How can I forget your tender smile
Moments that I have shared with you
Our hearts may break
But they're on their way
And there's nothing I can do
Moments that I have shared with you
Our hearts may break
But they're on their way
And there's nothing I can do
