I wrote this song after my wife decided to try and adapt William Burrows' 'Junky' for the stage, mixed with a bit of personal experience and some stuff I once read about Mike McCready;

Feelings destroying my time
A gleaming desire to get real high
Feeding the pride of dope fiends
Elevator spritzer for the craving breed

Real. A dear friend of mine
Riding the aeroplane no sense of time
Space car rides in my own mind
Racing to get me to my next sweet high

T for a Legend......

Fearing myself.
Dreaming myself.
