War... what is it good for... huh!

a couple of poems about war... I originally put these on the Moving Train thread but I wanted to move them over here, as I've only done a couple before and wanted my Thread count higher ;)

She cries alone
this child we hate
the vomit of cells
sprayed across her face
tears mixing
a diluted disgrace

she cries alone
with the freedom we gave
with no one at home
a carriage of hate
pupils dilate
sees a victory parade

she'll die alone.

and another one:-

And as I lay here dying
Forgetting to breath
I picture my life as a
Meaningless embrace
I stand on the edge
Of a void that’s been laced
With the tangy regrets
Of a war I can taste
And with mouth open wide
At the horrors I’ve faced
I expel my soul
To the well of disgraced
oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.

  • war horrors i cannot bare to know see or feel i could never deny
these things are never good for
    rather life were without them
    but that's not life
and sometimes it is enevitible to make things right
    but rather i not
if life could be more right
