she tore apart all the photos she had up on the wall
all the things that were said - were nobody's fault
memories come crashing when the front door was slammed
everything is falling in this house of the damned

sometimes the hardest thing is just learning to accept
some people's secrects are actually better left kept
and everybody knows that innocence is so hard to portray
all that's left are memories and those can never be taken away

no matter what she does it just seems like she cannot win
everything appears calm but all is tattered within
the hours are long and the days can they never go back
time flies by and everything reminds her of what's past

troubled waters are the hardest to travel through
at times there is nothing that anyone can do
people don't relize what causes their pain
they just find ways to deal with it in their own way

any comments or suggestions???
