The End

It's all crashing around me,
all coming down towards the ground
the sound of a mountain as it crumble's,
avalanche follows fast and tumbles
my world ends in a moment of lapse,
whos lapse was it?
it happened so fast
this is possibly the moment to ask,
as after it's over,
there will be no chance
we are parting for the last time,
this is the final hoorah,
the marching band has played its last note
no more embraces to feel,
they are now all memory's
of what used to be
as the alarm bells start ringing
this is the end
the finish line is being crossed.

That is exactly what an ending is, I just need to keep that in my mind and quit being so sad about the ending. I really need to live again, its hard but I'm only hurting myself by not taking a chance. I have alot to offer someone, I'm ready to give it, if there is a Ms Right for me hell I'm going to find her and be happy from now on.

Wow I am in that same situation right now. And reading this thread helped....the whole end and that is just a new beginning. I came looking in here for poems about how I feel. I love this board! I really do. Hang in there you arent alone.
