To feel your pain,
words cant describe how you're making me feel
so helpless, a world away,
my voice is echoing in vain
you speak of desires to end things
feeling like you want no more
I try to console you
but from such a distance
it seems impossible
I just want to make you smile
to make you happy
to make you see things
are so much better than they seem
I know this place seems horrible at times
but we can all make it better
by contributing, making a difference
we can make it change
you have so many that care for you
you're more fortunate than you think.

Can not be arsed with life no more.

my god this is relevant to me right now. My best friend who I love very much and would do anything to please has been really depressed recently and thinks that her friends aren't interested in her and that no one cares about her. It kills me because she doesn't accept that, at the very least, she has me who adores her. I try to make her feel better but nothing works... and this poem is pretty much exactly all the stuff I've been saying to her recently."I remember one night at Muzdalifa with nothing but the sky overhead, I lay awake amid sleeping Muslim brothers and I learned that pilgrims from every land — every colour, and class, and rank; high officials and the beggar alike — all snored in the same language"0

It's such a hard situation to go through, and having being on the deeply deppresed side of the coin before as well, I know how bad that feels as well, sometimes we just have to put our faith into something and hope it gets better for all concerned. Can not be arsed with life no more.0 -
