    okay....first click on New Thread.....then type in title and teh gist of what yoru question is......then scroll down to the bottom (excuse my French).....where it says.....post a poll.....tick 'yes' and depending on what yoru question is and how many options you have, type in the number (default is four)......it'll bring you to a new page where you type in your poll questions and submit......(is that clear?)
    ....they're asking me to prove why I should be allowed to stay with my baby in Australia, because I'm mentally ill......and they think I should leave......
