i can almost see your face if i look
you would have laughed, looked up from your book
but the shapes change as time goes by
things don't look the same however i try

and now i'll try and give you a voice
though in the air i'll be lost in noise
i'll sing out to the sea and the stars
in silence we can claim whats ours

and we'll dance and sing where no-one knows
to the sound of the waves and wind which blows
and i'll set my dream upon a cloud
like it won't be real if said aloud
