All I Want for Christmas
that's coming up real fast
is a Pearl Jam Bookmark
the kind made of cardboard stock
and a very cool design
so Pearl Jam will shine
against the words of Tim O'Brien,
Louise Erdrich, or my poet friend
Pablo Neruda

Alas, oh hope, oh hope, alas
where can I purchase
this bookmark?

    this is either a humorous lark so wry and cunning that it's genius, or an absurdly serious query meant to disarm the reader into giving out information; either way, I love it. Also, either way, I have no idea where you could purchase such a bookmark. :)
