I've seen this picture before, but when I just viewed it, I instantly thought of the Pearl Jam song, "The Long Road." Here are my stream of consciousness words:
Does it end?
A hot day
with the dust climbing
past my ankle
and the heat
skimming down my skin.
Would the glare behind a
windshield wiper
cut through this precious air
without corners?
Is speed faster than
a thought towards
the next step?
Actually, it makes you wonder if Pearl Jam are Dorothea Lange enthusiasts. Geez Louize the songs and photographs seem to go together without too much force.

There is no such thing as leftover pizza. There is now pizza and later pizza. - anonymous
