zine?

What is a zine to you? What must it include, what is the format, what are key elements?

Also, what is an e-zine to you? What would differentiate it from a hardcopy e-zine besides not being hardcopy?

    magazines? well their primary component seems to be advertising. most of them anyway. unless it's an intellectual-type magazine, and of course, it's all based on subject. funny, cuz i was thinking about magazines just the other day.

    all that advertising makes it difficult to follow the articles. too much distraction, especially if the writing isn't that engaging.


    ezine's (the one's i've read) are nice cuz you can circumvent all the adds.
