This is not sanctioned by Pearl Jam, but inspired by them
******Please write in email that you give Trading Stories with the Leaves Fanzine permission to use your work.
******Please include the name you would like to appear in the contents listing of the fanzine. Is it your Synergy Board Name, your real name, a nickname, etc.
******Please complete and include the following sentence with your submissions:
This relates to VS because . . .
If more than the maximum number are submitted for a particular section then the submissions to be included will be picked out of a hat (except for the Big Wave section.) For instance, if more than 5 contributors submit items for the Leash section, then I will put 5 of the names in a hat, and notify those that did not get picked this time.
You can submit as many items as you want, but for fairness sake, only one item will appear from any contributor in each issue. If only 2 people submit recipes, but 30 people submit concert reviews, and one of the people who submitted a recipe also submitted a concert review, then that person’s recipe would be included, and not the concert review.
If you have any questions, please direct them to tradingstories2@yahoo.com.

Ok, just send in my contribution to the Release section.
You should really get more attention for this effort ms Haiku. You have some great ideas for the different sections and probably need many contributions to fill the pages. Is this thread also on The Porch?
And I believe you are faster then "Deep" mag. ...Why not be mediocre and be the best at it that you can be?0 -

A recipe for a popular orange flavoured soft drink.
Pour into 303.6ml of Water into container.
At this point it might just be easier to drink the water
and skip the following steps but if you must...
Add Carbon Dioxide Gas.
Now you have the Carbonated water.
Add the 34g (8 teaspoons) of sugar and stir until dissolved.
Add the orange juice from concentrate, 26.4ml, of it and add this to the container.
(For the American version of soft drink skip this step as it contains no orange fruit.)
The drink should now be a pale grey/orange colour.
To fix this add the Beta Carotine (E160a, a food colouring made from carrots)
You might notice that E160a isn't dissolving properly so add the stabilizers
gum arabic (E414, dried gum from sub-Saharan trees) and the guar gum
(E412, extract from the seed of guar shrub found in Pakistan and India)
and the E445 (solvent extraction of pure stump wood, wood resin)
and blend to try remedy this. The drink should also thicken at this point.
Your drink probably looks the part now but tastes, well, crap.
To give it a bit of twang add the citric acid (E330).
Now the kicker. Add the preservative sodium benzoate
(E211, sodium salt of benzoic acid, available commercially by chemical
synthesis from Benzoin a resin exuded by trees native to Asia).
This is both antibacterial and antifungal.
Also used as an antiseptic and to disguise the taste of poor quality food.
The taste of sodium benzoate cannot be detected by around 25 percent of the population, but for those who can taste the chemical, it tends to be perceived as sweet, salty, or sometimes bitter.
It is not reccommended for consumption by children.
Boil, blend, chill, serve with ice, whatever, just don't serve me any when I call round.www.baddog.ie0 -

Actually I'll stick with my original submission.
The recipe might suit another album perhaps.
