Patience:

Its odd to look at you and know we have a future and its weird to be with you and not do the things that are to come knowing only time stands in our way and I’m tired of being cut on line hoping it will be worth the wait watching you waste your time with each ahead of me making it worse dealing with the fact that I care more than anyone with a name you can name or even think of because the fact of the matter is every other girl seemed perfect but I can see that your not which makes it even more perfect and I’m still convinced the stars try to imitate the twinkle in your eyes but its only an attempt, which is why they’ll be back tonight and it seems the sun only rises with the hopes of seeing you better and it only sets to give the moon fair opportunity to shine on you and it feels you’re the axis that put the world on a slant and it seems like you’ve put a slant on my world and now I cant stop sliding down it like rain on nylon there’s no stopping it now until my turn comes around.

Tired of Routine:

Sleep consumes
While dreams prevail
And you are there

Ideas set in
A wish takes place
And I see your face

The ocean smiles
You wave back
Hearts fall black

Awaken from pain
Reality hits
And you are missed

Days go on
As desires grow
You don’t even know

...thank you.
Kevin

    i second that ..
Down the street you can hear her scream youre a disgrace
As she slams the door in his drunken face
    And now he stands outside
And all the neighbours start to gossip and drool
He cries oh, girl you must be mad,
What happened to the sweet love you and me had?
Against the door he leans and starts a scene,
And his tears fall and burn the garden green

As always, really nice both of them.
SIN EATERS--We take the moral excrement we find in this equation and we bury it down deep inside of us so that the rest of our case can stay pure. That is the job. We are morally indefensible and absolutely necessary.

the first one is excellent imo.....I like the second....but the first one does it for me....
....they're asking me to prove why I should be allowed to stay with my baby in Australia, because I'm mentally ill......and they think I should leave......
  • I enjoyed the longing of "Patience" and the meataphors you used were just perfectly fitting!

"it feels you’re the axis that put the world on a slant and it seems like you’ve put a slant on my world and now I cant stop sliding down it like rain on nylon there’s no stopping it now until my turn comes around." - God, I loved that! :)

I found "Tired of Routine" sad but I enjoyed it too!

    Keep it up! :)
