Lights Out

There was already a bulb out
At least now it won’t be so lonely
Distance makes us grow fonder
But I get the feeling this room wont miss me
I let the carpets stain and the walls go deaf
Never treated it the way it deserved
Unearned crooked dimensions
Poor thing never saw it coming
Hangars left swinging and dents never filled
A room has yet to contain so many lies and dreams
The mattress’ mold matches nicely to the seats
The rusted door knob makes music with the unaligned closet
I believe I am the only thing that has changed in this room
Let the door resume its defense
This room will never smell the same

    And led me round the rooms

    Until everything went black

    I awoke so drunk and full of rage

    A fag in a whale bone corset
    Draping his dick across my cheek
    And its into the shame
