I saw MSG is $77.00 plus a facility fee. Now Going back through my ticket stubs over the years, there seems to have a moderate increase each time out.
Now face for the Continental show in 06 was 53.00...the pair I got from 10c doesn't have a convenience charge on it, they were 116.40 for the pair(I got 6/1 from tm,$9.55 charge on ticket). I'm guessing 10c may charge the facility fee? 10c tix avg out to 58.20 a ticket.
So if I take the $5 fee again that's 82.00 a ticket,$164.00 a pair. Compared to the highest I paid last tour(129.00 a pair)a $35.00 price jump is kinda crazy, but oh well. Just cut back on the shows I'm going to.

see above post on INFLATION.
Divide "per pair" by two,
take the PER TICKET price increase,
look above you, and see if the jump is somewhat in line with what inflation is running at.
You can't blame a band for inflation.
:(
If I was to smile and I held out my hand
If I opened it now would you not understand?

Madison Square Garden 6/25/08
ITS CALLED FUCKING INFLATION!
Heres a quick map for you
Dollar Value, Dollar Index, 2006 to Present
See where "prices" might go "up"?
Dollar value = SHIT.
:(
Incase you want some math,
that's cents your looking at, FIFTEEN LOST SINCE 2006.
2006 Ticket, assume 65 dollars?
65 X .15 = $9.75
LOST TEN DOLLARS IN VALUE = ADD TEN DOLLARS TO NEW TICKET PRICE = $75 TICKETS IN 2008.
CHILL OUT,
BLAME YOUR GOVERNMENT.
