Words floating by
Could have held the meaning
Lost in the wind
A tree leans and stands again
Too late
No longer here
They have gone as the wind
Never seen

Whispered and loud
Written and implied
It passed them by
Words
Denied their meaning
Without meaning they’re just sounds
A whisper of the wind
A crying howl

Nicely done. For me this is more of a reminder to NOT let words go unspoken. Do NOT take one second for granted with anyone. Life to me is about knowledge, experiences, and the emotions you feel,... the lessons to be learned & whether or not you apply them to your life making it better in some way. I've made that fatal error twice in my life & it will never happen again. I tell everyone what I feel ALWAYS, and never go to bed with new regrets. I have enough already & when my time comes to be caught on the flipside I don't want anyone questioning what they've been to me, and all the stuff in between. I thank you for sharing. Peace out brother!
