    I've got a bike, you can ride it if you like.
    It's got a basket, a bell that rings and things to make it look good.
    I'd give it to you if I could, but I borrowed it.

    He still has a bike with a basket and bells that ring and things to make it look good. He nearly ran me over with it once. He said sorry.

    Sorry wasn't looking where I was going.

    I was trying to remember the words to Arnold Laine

    "Arnold Laine, had a strange hobby. Collecting clothes, moonshine washing line"

    A friend of mine grew up on the same street as where Roger Waters's mum lived. I went round for tea once, and my friend pointed out that I could see the Waters's old moonshine washingline from where I was, still in the back garden. Apparently there really was an bloke who pinched knickers from it; It was Syd who decided he should be called Arnold Layne.

    If I were a Floyd nut I'd be drooling at that. It'd be like a religious pilgrimage or something!
