By request, another set of lyrics I wrote several months ago:

Exile

Living in a world where lies prevail,
My sins leave me weak, my faith is frail,
Thirsting for more, my food is stale,
Seeking redemption, a taste from the grail.

Chorus:

I am dust,
And to dust I shall return,
Is there hope for me?
Or am I destined to burn?


Peace is there, freedom in my hands,
Clawing towards the light,
Unforgiven, I’m sinking in these sands,
I’m left to roam these baron lands.

(Chorus)

Cast away in a world unknown,
My dreams take over, casting stones,
Too late for sacrifice, no way to atone,
I walk amidst the shadows, I travel alone.

    I like the rhymes especially Nothingbetter, which are inventive - any chance we can hear you sing it? link?
    ....they're asking me to prove why I should be allowed to stay with my baby in Australia, because I'm mentally ill......and they think I should leave......

    I'm just now learning some music theory and guitar, so I don't really have the music to go with it yet. I'm working on it. Once I get it, I will post the link. It will be a while, as I'm still very novice in composing.
