Broken Paradise

I want to share a future
one where we are free
outside on the pavement
I see you barely breathe

Sun went down so long ago
Can't wait for it to rise
shine some light on this
broken paradise

I went too far for comfort
I lost the shared gift
out here I feel so naked
as the eyes pierce my skin

I'm sighing more often
just merely at the thought
that all I had to offer
is lost now to the cause

Sun went down so long ago
Can't wait for it to rise
shine some light on this
broken paradise
I dream of seeing you go
but only in reverse
shine your light back on
my broken pair of eyes...
I tried to be a better me
In the end I looked like the rest of them.

This flows like a song. I like the images, such a sad time, eh?

    Very nice and smooth. :)
Our love must not be just words, but True Love, which shows itself in action,
