Ordinary

I’m set in line like the rest of you
There’s nothing special about me
I’m not wearing a see through T- Shirt
I’m not wearing Phish net Stockings
There’s no pistol on my pinky.
There’s no diamond in my earrings.
Just spend my nights with you girl
Until those sounds react right through me.
Then I turn so frightening.
That scar will always outlast me.
When I wake I look so ghastly.
But the blood is Oh So Loyal.

And I Feel Ordinary...

When was the last time?
When was the last time?
I don’t remember.

Red Wine and Cocaine Dreams.

I woke half clad in Regress.
My head – Still on – But Pounding
The Blood, I know – Still Loyal.
It spread all over her new house.

Forget to take these new pills
Forget to take these new pills
F r t t k t t h s n w p l s

Anything but ordinary.
