A table
A chair
One strand of dark brown hair

Silence
Yeah, the kind that makes your head spin
Yeah, the kind that breaks even steel hearts

I saw that
Don't try to deny it
You know you can't excuse it

There is
Nothing here

    Thanks for the reading, sistanumsy and pacifier. The poem is an attempt to not get bogged down in words, instead create emotion with limited word choice.

    You did an excellent job in achieving what you set out to do. :) It would be too cluttered if you used more words. I admire that you're able to say so much by saying very little.
