Angel

Angel from heaven
Came searching for me
But I found her
She can't be pleased
Erasing the memories
Of times we should have shared
Eyes once filled with intrigue
Are replaced with disgust
Truths left untold
Slowly mold us
Closer together
As we grow farther apart
Answers without questions
Day without night
Two hearts are broken
As two voices ask “why?”
