I fell in love with a girl
5 years ago now
I’m not sure why
And I don’t know how
But she was a darlin’
Or so I thought
But then I saw the lies
That she thought I had bought
First came the I love you
And then came the game
She would do things to hurt me
But I would be to blame
She would laugh when I cried
And make me feel like death
She thought she was funny
When she told me to “make my last breath”
I stayed for 5 years
Because I was a fool
I hoped for better things
All the time you were cruel
I saw your true colours
When you lied about me
That set my mind away
And let me be free
Now I write this poem
Because you know simona
One day you will get back what you gave
And it will be 10 fold for your persona
So maybe think on
And change your ways
You are the fool in this
Because you are the person that plays
So treat people well
And stop all the silly lies
Before you lose all your friends
When they all become wise
Now this is my last goodbye
As I head off into the night
I hope one day you realise
Everything I said in this post was right.
