can anyone write me a poem about...

about a person who has inspired you to do more.. like someone you look up to. I want to give a poem to my teacher who has done so much for me... he's the one who first introduced me to pearl jam. he's helped me through tons of crap throughout my life, and he was the best basketball coach i've ever had. he always pushed me to do my best, and if it wasnt for him, i wouldnyt be where im at today. if anyone could write me a poem about this i would be eternally greatful.
You sheltered me from nothing but the weather...

    Maybe if you start to write something some of us could be of some help?

    There are some really great poets here.. Much better than i..

    Maybe a collaberation would be better?

    The other day the above lyrics hit me like they never had before.......Almost dizzying....So true, feelings i long recognise summed up in words so beautifully/perfectly.....

    that's the problem.. i'm a TERRIBLE poet... and i know there are tons of great ones on here so i was wondering if one of them could help me out. it really would mean the world to me.

    well i don't have a dad he recenly passed away.... and i don't live with my mom.... does tha tanswer ur question? :P i'm not good with this kind of stuff.

    What you wrote here is a very heartful poem. Your words and what they mean to you is what makes a poem special to someone else because they let a person feel and experience what you feel or see.

    Your poem is in your post, read it, write it to the teacher and not us. Its all there.
