I was just thinking about you.
How you told me not to forget
about you, because you'll be
up in Montrose, looking for forty
grand.

And...

I got forty grand, Baby. But
I'll let you go. I might wine
myself to sleep each night,
but you won't ever know.

(Until you come back and
my (weak) kisses whisper it to
your (fuck) kisses and that
traitorous bitch, Passion
lets the secret crash into
some words.

I am my forray, dealing
with hats tossed in rings.
You might be choice because
by God, I think you maybe
lucky.

Sweet thing with the sore
neck. I am that remedy.
I am the fidget with the
shirt to feel you see.
