I'm sure it's been posted before, but I think that Ed definitely needs to be on the Daily Show!

    yes! definitely colbert. i'm more of a colbert fan personally, i find him more engaging...and i find ed intriguing, they'd be an interesting pair in an interview.
    i've been in my mind, it's such a fine line...

    I like Jon Stewart, but I'd die of happiness if Ed was on The Colbert Report! He seems like he has a good sense of humor and could play along with a good Colbert-bashin'. I don't like the guests that don't get that, ha.

    I think everyone who is anybody needs to be interviewed by Colbert... EV would be a great candidate.

    am I crazy or did John Stewart interview Ed at the Tibetan Freedom concert a few years ago - before he had his show - can't remember what it was for but I thought I saw some out takes

    I do appologize four mi missspelling of Jon. It must have happened en haste. However, I would love to see him on either the Daily SHow or Colbert. Have a good Sunday everyone.

    I agree, Eddie must go on Colbert. And I've never seen Colbert vs. O'Reilly! I must find this on youtube.

    Well if even Sean Humorless Penn can take on Colbert (remember the Metaphor- Off?! ha!) I'm sure Ed can. Hey, maybe even the whole band can be on to promote the next album! I'm sure they can use a Colbert Bump!

    Thought about this..and had an opportunity to put in a plug. Scored seats to Daily show before first first MSG show this summer. Got good seats close to the front.

    Jon was warming up the crowd prior to going live.....

    Jon: "So what are you (crowd) planning on doing while in NY?"

    Me: "Going to see Pearl Jam after your show!"

    Jon "Wow guess this show isn't already enought entertainment?"

    Me: "I've got an extra ticket if you'd like to join" (yea I would have given up my extra 10 C tick and had my friend sit this one out).

    Jon smiled and went to next comment. Have thought of just saying you should have Ed on.....oh well.

    Buddy and I were pretty cheering up a storm. The director gave us a couple sheets of Jon's script..blue paper. Have it with my other NY PJ experience memorabilia...

    I would rather see him on Bill Maher. More time to talk about actual issues and not have a host trying to get jokes across for 5 minutes.
