Just got back to Philly from the show and it was awesome, maybe not quite the spectrum or state college but I guess I'm biased. I loved hearing world wide suicide come back and I can't tell you how much I love Marker in the Sand. I think that is just a great great song. However, am I the only one that thinks that cropduster is a horrible song. It is so damn boring. Don't get me wrong I love most of what the boys do but can we admit that this song belongs in the garbage. Your feelings.

Not a fan of the song, but it was my wifes favorite song on Riot Act.

I dont think anyone is complaining that they played the song, just expressing their like/dislike of the song.

Is one not alowed to express their feelings on which songs they do & don't like?

I was a Camden 1 and would have loved hearing it live.

Without a doubt one of my fav's from Riot Act.

I was teaching 6th grade science when this song came out and actually used it in class.

    "Light green to green
    Dark green to brown
    Every life is falling down

    Brown to black
    its coming back
dies to be part of the ground"

    A trees life cycle...awesome

    "Eyes no eyes
    there's no difference

"I was the fool who thought the world
turns out the world thought me."

Heavy stuff and clearly questioning god. These lyrics I skipped with my class.

Plus by the age of 2 my son had this song memorized.

Again AWESOME stuff and you are luck for having heard it live.

    Peace.

If having a giant hate-on about a song or an album is what people need to do, power to them, I guess.

Love Cropduster. Personally, the only thing I was disappointed about with the song was that it was not given the back-up vocals treatment by those 3 roadies. I think adding them to the end on "The moon is rolling 'round" part would help the live version match the album one.

I have to agree with that. Quite a few people in my section used All Night as a beer/bathroom break.

    Cropduster owns. :)

I really like Cropduster. Great guitar work, good melody. Love when the staccato riff kicks in on verse two. Not a great song name however.

This thread is a complete opposite for me because I find Marker to be one of the cheesiest PJ songs there is. The chorus is ridiculously lame
“I know this song so well, I can smoke a cigarette, have a drink, brush my teeth, take a shit, and mow the lawn while singing it. But I'll only be doing a couple of those things during this version.”

I disagree. Besides Black Diamond, that was the only song from Night 2 that I'd never heard before. I loved singing along to it tracing back the many times i've listened to the state college and msg boots from 03. Sorry but ur loss i guess

Somebody posted the other day that the name of the song was what annoyed him most, and that made me laugh, I agree :)
