gremmie for grammie??

which would u rather call your grandmother..gremmie or grammie? im taking thoughts on it:) being i'm a new grandma:) thought it sounded better then grandma!!..can't wait for the tour!! can't find a better band!!! xoxo love & peace

    Grammy or Granny! I grew up with both and now my mom took on the Granny name!

    Congratulations! I like the PJ connection to gremmie, but I'd rather be called grammie.

    So I take it you're one of the older fans like me? Or maybe just a very young grandma?

    thanks!! yes i'm a old jammer...:) gremmie sounds a bit hard....but i'm hoping once he is old enough to understand he will love them (pj) as much as we all do...peace

    The way I figure it, my kids had no choice but to be Beatles fans and then later Pearl Jam fans, so my future grandkids won't have a choice either! By the way, I'm very impressed by your back-to-back concerts in NJ in 2006. I was at the first one, but I don't think these old bones of mine could have done a second night. That wait for the ferry back to Philly after the show did me in!

    From where I come from... a Gremmie (a.k.a. Gremlin) is not a good thing. They are kooks, surfers who want attentions by trying to do the kookiest thing they can think of... or (Japanese) tourists at the beach... you know... the ones wearing ties with their pants rolled up.
    Grommets were the kids out there on boards... Guppies were the girls.

    So... as long as you don't hang out with stoner surf dudes... (or R&B singers who think Jesus and God are the ones voting for 'Record Of The Year') either one works.

    yes im a older than the average aged fan but i still love to rock! somethings will never change;) my life has moved right along with every PJ song for every occasion good bad & ugly..............so gremmie is pretty much a nasty old troll lol....i still kinda like it..votes still out he's only 2months old:) thanks for the responses peace & pj
