Here’s my patriotic yell,
Where did all the freedom go?
Freedom to speak,
Freedom to survive,
Freedom from persecution,
Freedom to live alive,
Freedom to make up my own mind,

Steal from the rich in freedom,
To give to the poor,
Just to turn back around
To find a nation at war
With the rights and the wrongs,
Where do we belong?

Who are you to decide
What I should see?
What I should hear?
You ain’t my mama,
You ain’t my daddy either,

Here’s my patriotic yell,

Freedom to think,
Freedom to survive,
Freedom from extinction,
Freedom to live alive,
Freedom has seen better times
