I need your light
It would be something for me to follow
Something to look forward to
Give me something to find and feel
It would make me shine
Don't need a raincoat, I'm already wet..

  • Short but sweet. :) The last line works very well in the piece. It's cleverly written well done.
Situations get fucked up and turned around sooner or later...

you have a luminescence all your own.

perhaps you're just too close to yourself to see it...but nonetheless it is there. always and always and always.

shine on, shine on and continue to be the light that brings love home to you.

Thank you for sharing YOUR light! :)
Forget your perfect offering, there is a crack in everything, that's how the light gets in. - Leonard Cohen

    exactly
    You ask me to enter
But then You make me crawl
And I can't be holding on
    To what You got
When all You've got is hurt
    ----
    Underneath this smile lies everything
All my hopes and anger, pride and shame
  • but its facing the wrong way.
