Found Somewhere

I pissed myself once
I was in the backseat of the car and there was
“nowhere to pull over”
I don’t remember where
we possibly could have been driving
with a 15 minute stretch and
“nowhere to pull over”
But I told them if they didn’t pull over now
not to bother
They didn’t pull over,
this you have no doubt gathered by the first line
So I stopped all the wild gesticulations
and shaking, and biting my lip, and thinking
of deserts
and I let it all go
This may have been the most profound moment of my life
laws, myths, society, good taste, all these things
leapt in a stream from my body
and I was an animal again
I was still going by the time they
“found somewhere”
they unlocked the doors and looked back at me
but I just sat with my eyes closed and a grin on my face
pissing myself
