"How might one encapsulate the business of the sum of one's synapses, one's pulsions, one's transcendent epiphanies, one's boggy troughs of soul, one's ambitions, one's indolences, one's triumphs and one's failures in one meagre soundbite? How might one define love in a word? How might one describe all this is-ness?", said Zak, munching a brittle lump of coal.

"Ah, quit being such a pretentious eejit and give us a bite of that when you're done", rejoined Zeb.
