After reading these awesome fanviews...thinking NY or Newark was going to be 'the best of the tour' and then seeing the Toronto gems with the Uncle Neil covers...I'm beside-myself excited for these two DC shows...please discuss...
I met my wife here...you can too! Don't lose hope!

I agree, went to Boston 1, and found myself needing to go again. Scrambled for tix, hopefully Sunday has a setlist like some of the past couple shows, would be phenominal!

Everyone is excited (for good reason). Let's just spread the word to minimize the amount of douchebags in the crowd that scream random stupid things during the show or start the rythmic clapping during every song.

I've read here that the DC venue only holds 1800 people...smallest on EV's tour. It's going to be fucking great.
  • I am psyched for my 4th show on this tour. I was at both NYC's and Newark and it has been unbelievable.
'06- Irving Plaza (What a way to see my first PJ concert), Albany, Hartford, Camden I & II, East Rutherford I & II, Pittsburgh

    '07- THE VIC!!!, Lollapalooza (Chicago)

    '08- Virginia Beach, Camden I & II, Washington D.C., MSG I & II, Hartford, Mansfield I & II,
EV NY I & II, Newark, DC I & II

I have a ticket to the Sunday show but am still looking for one to the Saturday show. Thought this might be a good thread to say that if anyone finds themselves needing to sale one, I will be arriving at 4 on Saturday. Please contact me, I would love to take one off your hands at the last minute. Thanks, Kristal

I was at newark as well...also Boston 1. Boston 1 was good, Newark was UNBELIEVABLE! DC will have a tough time topping that, but after seeing the toronto setlists you never know. can't wait for tomorrow night!

Here's to hoping he doesn't play Elderly Woman...that has been my 'time to take a leak song.'
  • I seriously cannot get any work done, have no attention span and just wish it could be 6pm tomorrow!!

Keep checking TicketMaster- about an hour ago, I saw a Row S on there for Saturday but the next minute it was gone. I think they'll keep releasing them.

If my daughter can get off early from this work thing she has in Baltimore, we'll be at Cap City Brewery too -- maybe around 6. But I have a feeling I'll be meeting her moments before the concert starts.
