I'm starting to see my streets in an arial view. Where I move my blackshoed feet along freshly tarmacked pavements; as I turn corners, cross roads, mind taxis, and pass bikes, buses, prams, couples linked arm in arm talking together happily putting on silly accents; as I look up at my uncommon East Anglian sky, highbrowed and broad like a wise council's counsel; as I see the distance curl round and down into an horizon on a spherical plane, a world of more: I know footsteps and heartbeats and electrical impulses are physical things, in motion, going somewhere. I can see myself from above, passing Majestic Wine and Homebase: zoomed in, I see my brown haired curly head: pulling out and panning oh only a little, I see a beautiful woman with golden hair smiling at her window surveying morning light on Mt Rainier. It is this beautiful woman's birthday. Like a winged God flitting from Olympos by chariot down to Troy to bless a noble lady, I'm coming to her! I can! I shall. I take the bright white form as the dove - for white is all colours - that she lets in through her open window, that she takes in the folds in her coat and nurses at her breast with gentle songs of love and comfort in her home.
Feel the flutter of its heart, your happy captive, your birthday dove. All day!

    Basking in the afterglow of kind words and birthday wishes! You know what THEY say don’t you? The only way to recognize traits in others is to possess them yourself! ;)

    Admiration is completely reciprocated adding a dash of awe and a healthy portion of respect my charming prolific pasta poet!
