So STP is reuniting & Radiohead announced

The first leg of their tour...do you guys think STP's reunion will coincide with headlining any other festivals, i.e. 'Roo or Lolla??? Or you think Radiohead is gonna play 2 years in a row?? Kindly discuss...

    Don't think STP reunion is that big of a deal to be headlining anything. Before they broke up they were already reduced to small venues.....

    He just went in like the beginning of Feb. and VR is supposedly lining up some dates for the Fall, Slash was quoted as saying that "Scott is getting back together with STP for some reunion shows over the summer." But who knows...

    STP is said to be playing Rock the Ranch or something like that in Columbus OH.

    i am SOOOO pumped for both of these annoucements!!! anyone thinking of making the drive from the st. louis radiohead show (may 14th) to the columbus STP show (may 17th)? i may need to hitch a ride... :D

    and can anyone tell me how much radiohead tickets usually go for and is it crazy impossible to get good seats? (do they even have a fan club?)

    cant wait to hear when radioheads playing chicago... i better start saving up for my concert budget this summer... sounds like im gonna be busy!

    I'm going to the West Palm Beach show... really close to me thank god on May 5th, tickets are going to be $32 for lawn in the case of FL and $55 for seated...
    last tour I didnt have problems getting tickets... BUT you never know, i would try and get tickets the day they go on sale.

    and i was too young to really appreciate STP so itll be great to get a second chance the way i got with the "smashing pumpkins"...

    the last of my "must see" bands after this summer is gonna be NIN... so hopefully i can see them sometime soon too

    NIN is amazing live...seen them twice, plan to see them again...even though i don't like Year Zero.

    my buddy was just saying that the radiohead tix going onsale on the 14th are presale only and require a presale password or something... i dont know where he heard this... any truth to it?

    I don't think a password is required. I bet they go onsale when most of the US is asleep.

    STP fucking rocks!! I hope to get the chance to see them! Radiohead, great musicians, not my cup. Added with PJ, would make an unreal festival.

    Saw STP with about 200 people about 5 years ago. They were awesome. No security in front of the stage or anything. It was part of a nation wide canada day thing. 5 shows in 5 cities. great show.

    I've seen them a couple of times at Brixton Academy, London and their show in 2001 was one of the best concerts I've ever been to and I've been to a lot. I know they get slated a lot by PJ fans but I love em, if only they'd reform for good as Velvet Revolvers last album sux big time IMO.

    I went on a few days before ticketmaster sale for the Euro tour and they had a few for sale.
