There's some syncing error between the picture and the sound, but it's better than a kick in the arse.

I've done Sylvie Makes it Plain, too. I'll just convert it and upload it.

And I played Raven Star through, for the first time in one go. I wasn't sure of the vocal melody, but hey, there's only one way to find out:

Hope that's okay for today.

I'm working on a twelve minute prog-rocky synth piece right now, oscillators shooting all over the place. Great fun to do something completely different.

At the beginning it seemed like a bit of overkill on the delay pedal, but it settled in very nicely as the song moved along. A very nice mood piece.

Am I allowed to burn it to my iPod shuffle?
Yep, gue, I do think the feedback dial was up a bit too far on the pedal for heavy chords, considering I was using the four track as a sort of preamp to the pc. It's better for single notes and arpeggiated playing, for that kind of situation: live onstage using a house PA is different, you can get away with a bit of thumping because venue mixing desks will have compression to deal with the kerbangggg of a delay saturated chord.
By the way, the synthy track is now up on the demos page (second link in the sig). You can hit the download button and help yourself. My home demos will always be lo-fi, but I hope they're not too like a broken 1970s tape recorder with someone's belly button hair clogging up the built-in mic.
It's on here:
http://www.myspace.com/finsburydemos (that's the lo-fi home demos page, as opposed to the other page, which is stuff done in a studio).
First song on the player. It will play automatically. Under where it says Goldenbough, in the player itself, there are options, the first of which is download. Hope that helps!
