Elmo... The hair braiding is not only sweet, it's kinda :oops: hot too! I highly recommend to all that have braidable hair, teach your man to braid.

Going to the beach today. Sorry for Elmo and Emma that you are freezing down there. It's beautiful today here. I'm going to listen to Oceans on the beach. That should erase any last remaining bits of anxiety.

I am so sorry that this is a painful experience. In the long run, it will give you empathy for your patients, but for now, it surely sucks. Do whatever you need to make yourself feel better. I hope to be going to the beach in your neck of the woods in a couple of weeks. For now, I have a lost dog to look for and another camping trip for the weekend. :roll:

Iwill e going through the whole process soon as well.. I have been in pain for so long, ( pretty much all of my life) that I have become a chicken shit to any new added discomforts! But I know that you are strong and you will push through this! It is all a matter of determination, patience, and attitude! We can't help with the patience or determination.. But we can sure help with the attitude!! :-D. Being Backspacer too! Cause Anongst the Waves is gorgeous Beach music too!

I sure hope you guys find Harley soon! Was he microchipped?? If not, you're gonna have to check every local shelter daily. ( they have recovery postings daily in their websites). Until he makes it home safely, I'm praying for him. He has Angels to guide him home! At least that's what I'm praying for.. I'm also praying for comfort, and peace for the little ones in this time!

Thx for the kind and encouraging words girls! I'm sitting here on the beach. Already listened to 3 different versions of oceans and now amongst the waves as I watch my kiddos play in the waves. Little piece of heaven dropped into New Jersey. Makes the ride down the garden state parkway worth it. .

Thanks Tree, we just brought the little pain-in-the-butt home from dog jail. It will probably cost me more than $200 before it's all said and done, but at least he wasn't out back in a fight with the fox. :fp:

Hmmm. Such a nice butt!! Must be all the surfing.. Or Yoga! I do do Yoga everyday.. And my butt doesn't look that nice even!! I'd pay extra for him to wear that to Wrigley ANY day of the week!! Very nice!

Awww that is super annoying...dogs are so expensive! Have you got an ID tag on him with your contact details? Then whoever finds him can call you instead of getting him locked up.

One of my dogs (the one in my avatar) cost $55 at the pound, but last year she had surgery on her leg that cost me $1500. She is my cheap dog with an expensive leg!

On that thought I spent $1800 on my $50 Chihuahua last year.

I've never been a baseball fan, but I imagine I'd be first in line to attend a game he happened to be playing in.

Ocean.... Regarding beaches...I can't advise on too many as we tend to stick to our favs. For quick day trips we go to Sandy Hook cuz it's close. Only takes about an hour to get there unless traffic is bad, then u might sit on the parkway all day. :roll: for weekends or a few days with hotel stay we like to go further south like Cape May or Ocean City. Btw... Glad u found your pup.
