Girls, talking of ahem pictures, EK actually had THE BEST ONE EVER. She posted it on an Aussie facebook group and I nearly DIED. WOW. Not a 'happy' shot, just some extremely shape-through white pants. I loved that pic so much I scrolled through like a million posts to find it a month or so ago! But it was GONE! Gone from tumblr. So Emma it looks like all the 'best' EV pics go somewhere where we can't find them. :( What a bloody shame!!! They're such mood-lifting snaps!!

And Ocean the springs sound amazing! Really fricking beautiful . . . And WELL DONE on making it 20 years together with your man . . . Is such a lovely thing.

And Emma, I was only there for a second so it's hard to say what I loved most about Seattle! Maybe just the fact that I was there, finally . . . I'll go back definitely . . . I have friends in the Bay area so I'll be back in that part of the world. And by that time someone would have written 'The Pearl Jam Fan's Guide to Seattle' and I'll cruise around in PJ-nerd HEAVEN! Tree as a PJ freak I can't believe you haven't been yet! Although I suppose when you live in the States it's probably not quite as alluring hey . . .

And to everyone, if I had that white pants shot I'd post it as a very early Christmas gift for you all. But since I don't, please take electronic hugs in its place. Slightly less sexual, but still nice!

Haha.. During the 2006 Australian tour I wore white jeans (pants) to both of the Sydney shows I went to in honour of Ed ... he didn't wear his though!

The other night I dreamt I was at a concert (not sure who) and Ed made a surprise appearance. I remember feeling pissed off that 10 club hadn't announced it. Hopefully this is an omen that PJ are coming to Australia this year.

U know I love my inner-city life and stuff, but seriously, sometimes you're just like 'give me some trees and some hills (melbourne is very flat) and some fucking fresh air or I'm going to DIE'. It's hard on the spirit living and working in the inner city. It's AWESOME and fun and it's busy and you don't feel alone, and cool shit is always happening and there's great food, but the busyness and the concrete can also wear you down. DUDE. Right now, summer in the mountains of Colorado sounds fucking SUBLIME.

(And sorry for all the f-bombs girls, if you hadn't noticed already swearing is one of my favourite things ever! I love it! And I only swear in front of people I really like, so everyone consider yourself loved )

P.S. I wonder how Jen is going with her gammy hand? Thinking of you Jen! xoxoxo

Elmo I love you and your f-bombs! Especially first thing in the morning! I also think Colorado sounds sublime about now. I have family who can practically spit to Colorado from their backyard so I'll be there eventually. It is a beautiful place. Also such a change of pace from where I live. It's nice to visit there and slow down for a bit. Hope it stops burning soon. Those fires are so scary.

My hand feels better. It's still splinted and wrapped so I can't use it though. I'm doing everything with my uncoordinated left hand. Hubby learned how to braid my hair. Didn't think I could love him more but there it is. . Next week I get a different splint that will hopefully allow more function.

I usually don't like white pants on men. However...EV in white pants :shock: :crazy:

Glad you're feeling okay shetellsherself! And that is adorable that your hubby is braiding your hair for you! Reminds me of my mom telling me about when she was about ready to pop pregnant with me that my dad would have to put her pantyhose on for her before he left for work in the morning...and he started work hours before she did so she would go back to sleep and everything!!! Husbands like that are keepers for sure....

And regarding Eddie and his white pants...I agree...I wouldn't normally find that hot but Eddie is an exception!!! He is an exception in many cases actually....I wouldn't normally like long hair or super sweaty guys either (eww) but it is fucking hot in Eddie's case!!!
