I have my favorite pic saved for my avatar and I can't get it to work. I've been trying off and on for weeks, emailed 10c and got a reply. Even their suggestions didn't work. I emailed again but haven't heard back. I guess they are busy with the new ticket lotto chaos. Anyway if anybody knows the trick let me know plz. I'm probably doing something wrong.

Ola my lovely ladies! Emma these are wonderful. Geesh that face.
You know what? I love watching him age. Weirdly, I like the photos of him where he actually looks within five years of his actual age (i.e. like a normal forty-something guy and not some ageless son of the gods). You know the photo of him in the Uke book? With the raised eyebrows? I sometimes find myself running my fingers over that photo trying to feel the grooves on his forehead. Signs of ageing on him are so very dear and welcome. They hint of the years he's spent bent over a guitar writing us songs, of the years he's spent coming to terms with fame and the responsibility of being a hero, the years he's spent smiling and laughing with his people. The years he's spent killing it on stage night after night, and smoking his fags and drinking his booze. It's the same for all of them. I love seeing them get older. And wiser. Crinkles around the eyes really get me . . . people that smile with their eyes REALLY smile at you. (That said, I could just be saying that because I started getting wrinkles at 26!). Ah these beautiful, wonderful, ageing, slim and youthful men. What would we do without them? They make pushing fifty look SO GOOD.

are my best friends in the entire world!! I thank God for
them everyday because I know not everyone is so
fortunate to have what we do. My older sister and I ( the one
That just came out to visit) and I are from our dad's first
marriage. We had the shittiest Mom imaginable! But...
then my dad married our younger sister, and brother's mom,
and things got better! My younger sister is who I am currently
living with, while she gets away from her psycho husband of
15 years. She did her best to make it work, but between his
propensity for drug use, and three tours of duty to Afghanistan,
Iraq, and Egypt.. The PTSD that followed made him unstable, and
my sis felt it best if he left. He's taken it pretty hard, and today he
tried to break into the house, threatening to burn the house down
with us in it! My sis called our dad, I called the police. It got stupid
from there! Anyhow, all are well and the kids who were in school
when this happened have no idea what went on, and now there's a
police report to corroborate the filing for divorce... Scary shit though!
My sis and I were the ONLY people in the house unarmed!
Whispering Hands! OMG Darling. Lots of stuff going on. I feel for the brother in law, but sometimes it takes a big shock to make someone really look at themselves and get help. How do verbalize exactly my thoughts? I love the young, hot eddie pics but the older eddie with perfectly placed crinkles are so endearing. I have had to revisit these laughing pics a few times... Makes my heart feel lighter. Such a beautiful man.
