A Little Point of Interest

I waited all night.
Sat by the phone.
Expected it to ring.
Leafed through a magazine.
Watched Tv.
Put on a video.
Until-
I couldn't take it anymore.
Now did you ever hear the saying,
"Never keep a lady waiting?"
Its true.
For all you men out there-
It's true.
It's worse than the tone of nails being scratched upon a chalkboard.
Its worse than sitting through math class.
It's even worse than being hung over.
All I can say is that I knew this guy wasn't for me.
He did it again.
Just didn't call.
Not that I even contemplated his being a potential suitor....
especially after finding out that he
..oh nevermind.
Does it really matter?
BUT WHEN SOMEONE SAYS THEYRE GONNA CALL....
