I Have Had You In A Vision

I have had you in a vision
It reminded me of home.
There were colors and people,
and a place in which to roam.
I saw your bright blue eyes,
We were both standing bare,
What had happened in between,
Wasn't truely there.
If Heaven holds me in high regard
I'll share with you my dream,
And if you do believe me,
In your smile I shall gleam....
For in truth there is wisdom
And for in God,he holds the key,
For someday we'll all meet together,
In someone else's vision of you and me.

    I love the way this poem flows together, Ali. Once again you've had me smile.
    It doesnt hurt.... when I bleed
    but memories...they eat me
    I've seen it all before,...
    bring it on cause I'm no victim.

    I really like this aspect of the poem:

    What had happened in between,
    Wasn't truely there.


    It is indeed a dream we've all had to not have had to go through certain things, especially with someone so dear to us.
