The sea
The great sea
Universal
Calls to me
Beckons my name
with each wave,
Carrying a thought of love
across the miles,
unforsaken,unrelentless in strength.
The sea is peace,
As is He, and-
Peace for all.
Droplets of salt-
Tears of sweet, sanctifying salvation
provide a purpose given to all.
The beckoning currents shift
like the emotions
we carry inside of us everyday....
They never seem to cease,
Like the love inside of us
that never seems to die.
The sea,
The great sea,
universal
I cast my thoughts upon you,
through the miles
to my friend,
so far away.
