I have a wish,
and my wish,
is for this war to be over.
I sleep and I see
death.
I wake and I see
death.
A million stars
A million people
and not one
initiating peace
but the few.
I see faces burned in flame
I see men wearing overcoats
finding the spots to drop the next bomb.
But I don't see much understanding and
But I don't see much compromise and
But I don't see people walking the streets at night,
celebrating,
But I don't see our leaders merging
as we were taught in school,
coming together with ideas of peace and prosperity to make this world
a better place.....
And the worst thing....
I just can't see anything anymore
because my eyes are covered
with the latest nuclear bomb falling.

Being Enlightened

It's funny how we get taught to care and love and work out our differences without violence as children........but the leaders of nations are acting like a bunch of bullies in the playground. Very sad! :(

Theres this war thats just escalating and no one is even trying to mentally break down the Al-Quaida and analyze them to see what their issues are and make peace.....
