KIMBERLY: You were once so strong...
THOMAS:But life has made me weak.
KIMBERLY:You used to be able to read my mind,especially when we looked at love in the eye.
THOMAS: But I'm old now,older than you.Am I not the man I used to be?
(Pause) ....Life has worn me down.
KIMBERLY: If life has worn you down...am I part of its masquerade?
THOMAS: Never..my love.I have been worn down by age,by succession of youth in the eyes of the children that I once taught melodies of thought to.
KIMBERLY:You used to inspire and bring forth new ideas and visions of my sacred hymns of truth.
THOMAS:But dearest..my heart has opened even wider....others have clouded you with jealousy and contempt for me.(PAUSE)I am the same man.
KIMBERLY:Jealousy and contempt in the same sentence?This is not you speaking...your age is catching up to you....for I am yours forever and a day.
ThOMAS: For my fears that you have turned cold are waging wars witin this frail beast I call my mind.Forgiveness my love,..forgiveness of me...
KIMBERLY: For what is there to forgive but yet the only escape of a pure thought was voiced.One -thousand cheers for a mouth opened without foolishness...for a word is but a word.
THOMAS:All of my words lose meaning and pale in the discourse of my being when I am without your unstale soul.
KIMBERLY:Without you I am a child laden..in a field where no flowers grow.
THOMAS:For you KImberly,know that life without love is a barren one...and that the motionless shall stay in resolve til their end...
