two for gold

Theres a balance in my head
a blood-red insignificant sounding bell and
a dream that calls for no remorse
foreshadowing all that is right and wrong
in the circus of life
The clock holds time
the face of a man
a neverending beacon
standing on a sunny shore
For you are my Goddess
my supreme holder of resurrections
with a cup so full
that only God can drink from it
I await your voice,screaming
with bitter tears streming down my
childlike face
for my age holds no relevance
in my body yet everything
to my soul.I have taken off my mask
traded it for gold

Opposite of I,
leads the birds to flock
in circular patterns with
incessant screams of wisdom,
nothing to do but sit
and protrude upon your
withering deity,
and mine,
an empty chalice.
A whisper and a thrill
A whisper and a chill
