I meant what I said
I said what I meant
A chance taken
Like a man married
and divorced...
in a pagan church.
But I don't know
where the pagans play
and where the angels weep
or if youre weeping too
with my tears of loss
or my tears of shame
for not knowing all the answers
before I jumped ,
wholeheartedly,
into your lap,
moving on the wings of Heaven.

    Although there were tears, I hope with all the lap jumping that the protagonist had fun. It sounds like the protagonist has a story to tell the great great grandnieces in about 60 years, eh?

    PS...I knew this guy with tattoos,which was very untraditional for a Catholic,
    he got a divorce,things didn't work out quick enough in the reconciliation,
    he lost hope, and he needs to get it back.He was in a dream...last night or a few nights back,...he's a real angel though...I think?

    could be Haiku.I just hate to think people compromise their beliefs over someone who only WANTS THINGS FROM THEM,(if ya know what I mean).
    I think this person is a complete sweetie though,Just needs alot of attention from friends and family.I wish I could help him more,but he barely cares that I exist sometimes;)

    At this point in time the only things people want from me seem to be the things I'm willing to give. This is good. I guess I don't know what you mean, then. No matter what a sweetie the protagonist is, if he can't find his own ass, he can't be much of a friend, eh? :D 5 more minutes until vacation!

    Very cool..Haiku!My parents are venturing to Arizona on CHristmas day and its my civic duty to drive them through philly to the airport from jersey.Thank God for car radios!:DI just don't know what to get everyone for the holidaze/Christmas presents.I've got no car,no money, and lots of wine.I guess it can't be all that bad!

    an no one to take home
    for Christmas dinner.
    A New Year's dance

    Wow. That really does sound sad. Your friend needs to have some hope and faith. Sounds like he could use a nice healthy dose of it. Love makes the world go round in the right direction.
