and i'm in the restaurant
and everyone I see
seems to look like a killer.
sitting next to my plate of fries and a shake
at the local diner.
a man wipes the windows as
i read his mind and think about movements.
and the towers did go down,
thousands died in this war,
and my family and friends,
just snother casualty.
now i'll go take a walk through
Walmart and check out the latest wave
of terrorist tactics,
as the rich get richer, and i settle in
to the series well written of 24.
A whisper and a thrill
A whisper and a chill

impulsive !! .. you will know the day was supposed to give birth to this poem !

i liked the boredom involved ... the tired & suitable anger .. in sequence

maybe i got it all wrong ... but then .. i'm feeling the same way right now

Weight of a thirst breaks in
a desire, wakes up a silence
    drifting along the water-cooler
    Pacing on the difficult path
    of investments
    Treading on the shining impervious
    ceramic struggles,
    few executives turn down
the offer of a dehydrating coffee
    A negotiation with schedules
    in carats of a watch
    in rolled up sleeves, punctually
to the note of ambitious deals
    Dreams, surpass crossroads
    in slow traffic, dwarfed along
    billboards that question
    three inventors of joy
    Feeling the bubble of vacuum
    trapped in a torso
A man returns to a woman, a child
    to a bowl of soup

    war is POOR,
and the soldiers and the country.
and poor is scraping for cigarette money
and trying to buy 7 winter dinner plates
    at the dollar store
    war is poor,
and a bucnch of soldiers trying
to stop globasl annhilation from a bomb marked,
    MADE IN IRAN.
    war is poor,
and you ahve to eat and have a shelter,
and the cops won't even get the bums off the streets,
    war is poor,
    in rating.
