The angels and saints
Have all been murdered

all that they have given us
Buried in a shallow unmarked grave
Forgotten by time

I'm not sure "Apathy" is a fitting title for the first one, simply because you express some rather strong emotions against these things, whereas apathy would just not care. Just my two cents on that one, though.

I really like the line "I decline to answer for my decay". Very... defeatist, in a creative way.

the whole point is apathy, the loss of hope. I guess maybe all poems really belong to whomever is reading it though. Thanks for the reply.

Yah man... didn't mean to diss or anything. In the scheme of your writing, my opinion is dirt. Write for you, bask in the compliments, and give the finger to assholes who offer unsolicited constructive criticism.
